Access Assistance
Our patient assistance program gives you a discount on our services and medications from our pharmacies*!
Your exact discount is calculated based on your household size, household income, and the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). We can provide help for those with a household income at or below 200% of the FPL.
Once your application is approved, your discount can be used at any Access location, including our in-house pharmacies and dental clinic.

These fees do not apply until you have been approved.
Pharmacy Discount: If you qualify for any sliding fee level, you’re automatically approved for Access Care—our pharmacy discount program. With Access Care, you get the lowest price possible. If you have prescription insurance and Access Care, you’ll pay either your co-pay amount or the Access Care price, whichever is lower.

Be sure to include all required documentation. Failing to include all documents may result in approval delay or application denial.
