The Farmacy offers produce grown by local farmers and gardeners & baked goods from local bakers. The variety of available goods may not compare to grocery chains, but the freshness can’t be beat! Plus, you’re supporting your hardworking neighbors.

Vendor Application

To reserve table space, call the Access Family Health Administrative Office at 662-651-4686. Space reservation is free and vendors keep 100% of their profit!

Non-food vendors are welcome. However, to maintain the goal of the market, food vendors get first priority, and non-food vendors will be worked in if space availability is low.

Farm4Fit Voucher Program

Qualified patients of Access Family Health may receive one $10 voucher per week per household to pay for certain items*.

PROGRAM GUIDELINES

  1. Patient must be on the sliding fee program at any slide level.

  2. Patient must have had an appointment within the last 3 months at any Access clinic.

  3. Vouchers are only available at the market and must be picked up during market hours.

  4. Patient receives $10 per week and only for the duration of the market season (typically June - October).

  5. One voucher covers everyone in the household, even if more than one household member is on sliding fee.

  6. Voucher can be spent on fruits and vegetables only*.

  7. Any amount not spent each week will roll over to the next weeks market.
