Health

Full time employees are offered comprehensive medical plans with exceptionally low premiums starting at only $40.00 per pay period. Dependent coverage is available.¹

Discounts: You, your spouse, and your dependent children can receive care at any Access Family Health medical clinic at no cost to you³, and a 15% discount on our dental services.

Dental & Vision

We cover 100% of the employee’s dental and vision insurance premium. Dependent coverage is available.¹

Life

We provide the employee with free basic life and AD&D coverage equal to 1x your annual earnings. Dependent coverage is available.¹

Paid Time Off

Includes

  • Vacation = 40 hours²

  • Sick = 80 hours²

  • Personal = 16 hours²

  • PTO accrual rate based on years of employment

New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day

Retirement Plan

After one year, we contribute 6% of your gross pay to your 401(k), regardless of whether you contribute.
