Steps We’re Taking

If you have a scheduled appointment…

  • Call when you arrive, and wait in your car. You will be called when your team is ready for you.

  • If you choose to wait inside, we have designated sick and well areas in each waiting room.

  • Please remember to sit at least 6 feet from other patients.

At-risk patients (older adults, persons with chronic lung disease, diabetes, heart disease, or compromised immune systems, etc) with routine needs should call their local Access clinic before arriving.

Patients experiencing symptoms of coronavirus should schedule an appointment. The clinic staff will advise you where to park and what to do when you arrive. If you are determined to be symptomatic, you will receive further instructions.

COVID Testing

Please do not walk in and ask to be tested. We have a limited supply of tests, and we cannot perform one unless an individual meets current CDC testing criteria, which are…

  • Close contact with confirmed positive COVID-19 individuals, or

  • Travel from an affected area within the last 14 days and fever, shortness of breath and cough, or

  • Severe symptoms with no known exposure to the virus, but only after other infection, such as influenza, have been ruled out

Call Volume

We may have an unusually high call volume and longer than normal hold times. If you have routine requests (lab results, appointment times, or medication refills) please contact us using the patient portal or the RxLocal app (iPhone or Android) for medication refills at the In-House Pharmacy.

We sincerely appreciate your patience!
