No insurance or not enough insurance?
Our Certified Application Counselors can help you apply for Medicaid, including assistance with forms. A Sliding Fee Discount Program* is also available.

*Must apply for Sliding Fee discount. Eligibility based on number of people living in household and total household income. Discount is based on Federal Poverty Level guidelines.
